Firstloop is an AI-powered tool that generates onboarding email sequences for SaaS products. The Service includes sequence generation, editing, saving, and export capabilities.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Firstloop is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
5. Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service. The generated email sequences are provided for your use. We do not claim ownership of your generated sequences, but you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial months except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed before use. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of generated email sequences.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
