We want you to be fully satisfied with Firstloop. If you're not happy with your Pro subscription, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refund Eligibility

  • First-time Pro subscribers only
  • Refund request must be made within 7 days of the initial payment
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Subscription renewals (after the first 7-day period)
  • Free plan usage
  • Any usage that violates our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to firstloop@xsrank.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.
